Payment

  • Doing business with us is easy! Simply choose the products you would like, add them to your shopping cart, and place your order. After placing your order, you will receive an invoice directly to your email address and you can choose your payment method. Please read the payment instructions carefully to avoid unnecessary delays.
  • We are one of the few online steroid shops that take major credit cards as payment. However, we do not recommend first-time customers use their credit cards.
  • New customers should ideally pay by bank transfer, money transfer, or cryptocurrency. Customers who use these kinds of payment methods do not need to be verified, so the order can be processed quicker. They will also receive a 10% discount on large orders when they use these payment methods.
  • When you are satisfied and wish to order again, you can use a credit card regardless of the size of your order, and you will receive a discount on any of your subsequent orders.

Delivery

  • Your order is processed for delivery after successful payment. A tracking code is then supplied to you within 2-5 business days.
  • We use EMS (Royal Mail) registered and traceable shipping that requires a signature upon arrival of the product.
  • On average, deliveries within the UK arrive within 7 – 10 business days after payment has been received, although if delays occur due to postal service inefficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., this may result in some packages arriving in 10-17 business days.
  • Shipments are sent from a variety of locations to ensure maximum discretion and the best chance of arrival.
  • If products get seized by Customs (a 1% possibility based on our statistics over the years), we offer redelivery or credit towards new purchases on our site, even if products are confiscated.
  • If your order is too large to fit in the same standard shipping packages we use for small orders, we will split it into the appropriate number of smaller separate packages. Furthermore, you will only have to pay a single shipping and handling fee, regardless of the overall size of your order.

Returns and Refunds

  • If your order was delivered, but some items were damaged or missing, please notify us as soon as possible.
  • You can do this by sending us a picture of everything you received, including the packaging labels. This will help us figure out what happened and how to avoid such problems in the future. In most situations, we will respond with our investigation findings within two business days.
  • As a result, we may be able to provide you with the redelivery of the missing items, a partial refund, a credit against a future purchase, or a discount coupon as compensation.
